Pot Creek

A pleasant ride.  Fun seeing some new country, but it is a bit longer drive for us to get there--about 45 minutes from Pinedale in Kendall Valley. There are prettier, more barefoot friendly places closer to home.  We rode from private property, but you can access it from Hwy 352 which eventually ends up at Green River Lakes.  We rode this on September 13, 2017.

The yellow arrow points to a place where you can park and access this trail/road.  Most of it is a double track.  Some quite rocky areas.  Boots or shoes recommended. The yellow track is recommended route.  You will have to cross the "Drift" and open/close gates.  The "red" is private property.

Trail starts here.

Looking back at Kendall Valley.

Much of the track is like this.

Pot Creek is down in those evergreens.  We couldn't find a trail down there for horses.  A person could probably bush whack their way down.

Entering the "Pot Creek Park" area.

Some lovely vistas.

One of the gate crossings onto private property.
